The e-SHRAM does not have any requirements regarding revenue for unorganised worker registration. One shouldn’t, however, pay income taxes. Any unorganised worker between the ages of 16 and 59 may sign up on the e-SHRAM site. The worker will need to provide documents like an Aadhaar number, a mobile phone number, and a bank account that is linked to an Aadhaar in order to register on the e-SHRAM portal. It should be mentioned that employees can register using biometric authentication at the closest CSCs if they do not have an Aadhaar-linked cellphone number.
